Came in Chiang Mai to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was excellent base for doing it. I appreciated the breakfast, the food was delicious! The staff were great, it was a bonus. The location was perfect, for example, a named store was relatively close to the venue.

The room at Rise Suites- Sha Extra Plus was excellent! It was modern and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and good pillows. The facilities were also top-notch, and the restaurant served delicious breakfast and evening meals. The hotel is situated in a quiet location away from the busy parts of town and the main highway, offering a peaceful stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as weak lighting in the bathrooms and some noise from street traffic, our overall experience was positive. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. I would recommend Rise Suites- Sha Extra Plus for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel offers a comfortable stay just outside the city center but still within easy reach of road networks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully organized. The hotel is a great value for the money spent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, making sure that we enjoyed our Easter stay. They were very professional and attentive, despite the location being a bit far from the city center and the noise from nearby farm animals, especially the annoying rooster that woke us up early in the morning. The hotel is well designed and provides excellent facilities, including a great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It is a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

We experienced some negative aspects during our stay too. The shower in the bath was not suitable for people with movement difficulties, and the inconsistent water temperature made showering more difficult and possibly hazardous.

We enjoyed the two complementary drinks offered to us upon arrival. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still easily accessible by taxi. the facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the cozy lobby area.

The shower in our room was a bit tricky to use, and there was inconsistent water temperature. we found some high shelves in the wardrobe and utility area that we couldn't use, and the farm animals nearby were quite loud in the mornings.
